About Me.

Hi I’m Brendan Hsu, and greetings from Medellin, Colombia A bit about myself - a digital nomad, mentor, investor, and entrepreneur I'm the co-founder of Aerial Canvas & founder of ACRE Partner. In 2018, I invested in and joined my business partner Colby to scale our real estate media company Aerial Canvas from just $10k/month in a storage unit to over $700k/month about 3 years, now we have a team of more than 50 serving 4 major cities in California.

In the last few years, I had hired and developed leaders and a management team that now takes care of the entire operation, and now I just spend a few hours a week managing the business from home, as an advisor.

What do I now that I got back all my time?… work more! for the love of building. Jokes aside, I found my passion in helping other real estate media agency owners grow, which is the focus of ACRE Partner ( www.acrepartner.com )

In the last three years, I’ve helped 150+ agency owners double their business, create financial independence and time freedom — those were stuck at $10- $30k a month, and now exceed well over $50-100k/month with a team 5-10 taking care of their clients on autopilot.

- I run a podcast (The Partners Podcast) and put out 2-3 episodes a month, as a way to give back to the entrepreneurs and connect with other leaders. - Also wrote a book called "The Art of The Dealmaker" as a way to give back and build aspiring entrepreneurs. My next chapter is focused on building AI-native businesses that can operate with less dependence on their owners. I’m building Advisy , an AI department for growth-minded businesses. Instead of adding another chatbot, Advisy combines AI leadership, team coaching, and automated workflows to help owners reduce bottlenecks, improve execution, and build companies that can grow beyond them. Our first product, Advisy CoPilot , gives sales and service teams realistic AI roleplay training and clear feedback before they speak with real customers. We’re beginning in real estate media and home services, industries where I have deep operating experience, and expanding through partners who understand their markets as well as I understand mine. Longer term, I want Advisy to help owner-led companies become more scalable, more valuable, and better prepared for growth, succession, or sale. It brings together the work I’ve spent the last decade doing: generating demand, building teams, installing systems, developing leaders, and creating businesses that can thrive beyond their founders.
