An operator’s judgment. A team that executes. Relationships built through doing the work.
I help founders turn ambition into clearer offers, stronger teams, better systems, and opportunities worth pursuing. Here is what that looks like—and the work behind it.
Commercial strategy, priorities, and honest feedback grounded in operating experience.
02 / EXECUTION
Move the work forward.
Creative and coordination support from an established core team.
03 / RELATIONSHIPS
Reach the right people.
Relevant introductions across the companies, operators, and partners I know.
01 / Capabilities, with receipts
The skill is useful. The evidence matters.
Each capability connects a business need to work you can explore. Operating history, company output, and personal feedback tell different parts of the story.
01
Growth strategy & positioning
A clearer offer. A more focused path to revenue.
Identify your strongest customer segment, sharpen the offer, review pricing, and turn competing ideas into an actionable growth plan.
Operating experience
Aerial Canvas
I joined Colby in 2018 and helped build Aerial Canvas. My published account documents growth from $10K to $700K+ in monthly revenue and a team of more than 50 across four California markets.
Read the operating story ↗Historical figures reported by Brendan; company growth was a team achievement.
02
Sales & strategic partnerships
A stronger sales process and better reasons to buy.
Refine the pitch, structure partner incentives, improve follow-up, and equip the team to sell around customer value.
Published work
The Art of the Dealmaker
My book captures the relationship and partnership principles behind my work. It is a concrete example of my approach to building aligned opportunities.
Explore the book ↗The book demonstrates the method; it is not evidence of a promised financial return.
03
Content & creative direction
Turn your expertise into content people understand.
Shape the message, develop content ideas, direct production, and coordinate editing and social distribution with the core team.
Work portfolio
Aerial Canvas + Market U
My experience spans a real estate media company and a post-production business. Their work gives you something tangible to assess: the creative, the quality, and the execution.
Clarify roles, improve handoffs, establish training and quality checks, and build accountability into everyday delivery.
Member case study
ProMediaCo / ACRE Partner
ACRE’s published case study describes improvements to hiring, training, delegation, and pricing. ProMediaCo later reported $292,149.64 in revenue for May 16–June 16, 2026.
Make better decisions. Develop people who can own the work.
Work through difficult decisions, develop managers, clarify expectations, and help you spend more time on the work only you can do.
First-person feedback
In their own words
The testimonial archive contains original messages from founders and teammates about guidance, opportunity, leadership, and personal growth.
Read the original messages ↗Individual experiences are evidence of those relationships, not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
06
AI & business systems
Connect useful technology to real operating problems.
Find suitable automation opportunities, map the workflow, and bring the right builders into implementation with clear human ownership.
Current venture work

An alternative structure
Build together. Share in the upside.
$50,000 setup
Plus 10% of new revenue I help generate and a performance-based convertible note targeting a 10% ownership stake.
The ongoing upside is tied to adding new revenue to your company. Equity conversion is earned through agreed revenue performance.
The agreement defines the starting revenue baseline, how new revenue is attributed, the performance required for conversion into a 10% ownership stake, and the revenue-share duration.
Capital alongside capability
I can also invest in the opportunity.
I have a seven-figure fund available and am open to deploying capital into the right businesses.
Where the people, business, and opportunity align, the conversation can include capital alongside strategy, execution, and relationships.
Investment is considered individually, with capital amounts and terms agreed separately from service fees.

04 / The value of the right introduction
One relationship can change the next chapter.
Sometimes the missing piece is a distribution partner. Sometimes it is a trusted operator, a specialist, or someone who has already solved the problem in front of you.
You also get access to my network: relationships built across my portfolio companies, the entrepreneur groups I participate in, and the wider business community. The value is in finding the right fit, making a thoughtful introduction, and helping shape an opportunity both sides want to pursue.
Explore the portfolio ↗Introductions depend on relevance and mutual interest. Any resulting deal is a separate opportunity.
05 / How we work
Clarity first. Then consistent execution.
Align
Find the constraint.
Review the offer, customer journey, team, and numbers. Agree on the priorities worth pursuing and how progress will be measured.
Build
Put people behind it.
Set the content and execution plan, assign owners, and identify the systems or relationships needed to support it.
Review
Learn from the work.
Review output and business signals together. Refine the plan, remove obstacles, and keep attention on the highest-value work.
The right partnership starts with context
What are you building? What is getting in the way?
Tell me where the business is today, where you want it to go, and what you need help making happen.
